Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery and only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. All exchange-related shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including return and re-shipment fees.

Once the product is received and inspected, we will confirm availability and proceed with the exchange. If the requested item is out of stock, the customer may choose a refund (subject to return policy conditions).
